Please Note: SWBA will not exchange or refund any shirts that have been embroidered. Please order a shirt for sizing. All of the shirts on this web site either has a size chart (estimated sizing) or the chest sizes are posted in the description. We try to let everyone know if a shirt runs big or small by way of our customers telling us or by exchanges. Some colors are also tricky. Our pictures on the website have been taken professionally or by a 35mm digital camera. The colors in the picture do not come out as described in some cases. For Example: Lets say you order Olive with Sage. If you are not sure what color Olive is, order the shirts before embroidering on it, also for sizing. You should be able to find a local embroider most of the time. It will save you $$ and aggravation by doing so.

If you are interested in the services below, you can enter the name of the person you want embroidered on the shirt one of two ways:

1. Fill out the shopping cart order form. On the last page of the order form, there is a "Comment" area below the credit card information. Enter the instructions for the embroidering in the comment section.

2. Or, call our toll free number 888-722-2695 and place the order over the phone.

3. If the shirts you order are available in our Texas warehouse, please allow 2 business days for embroidering. If we we are out of stock, this will delay the order approx. a week. Other delays may happen depending on how busy the embroiders are, it could take less time or even more. Please contact the office if you are in a big hurry for the shirts. We will try to take care of everyone the best we can. Also allow 4 to 5 business day for shipping.

Professional Bowlers: Names on the Back in script or block letters, 2" Smallest Letter $28.50 (up to 2 words)

WITH A MINIMUM START PRICE OF $15.00, ADD $1.00 PER THOUSAND. PRICES ARE
QUOTED BASED ON THE ART THAT IS SUPPLIED TO US.

HEADWEAR (CAPS)  MINIMUM IS 12 UNITS PER DESIGN, ORDERED IN DOZEN INCREMENTS.

ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER SWATCHES APPROVAL.

· THREAD CHANGES AND STYLE CHANGES ARE AVAILABLE IN MULTIPLES OF 12 PIECES WITH A 24 UNIT MINIMUM ORDER AND SAME DESIGN. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

· MULTI-MEDIA AND SECOND LOCATION ORDERS ADD ADDITIONAL 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

· REPRODUCTION SAMPLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS OVER 300 UNITS AT NO CHARGE. ORDERS UNDER 300 UNITS WILL BE CHARGED AT  2 1/2   TIMES LIST PRICE.

· FOR DESIGN EDITS ON EXISTING TAPES,  A $35.00 EDIT FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

· CUSTOMER SUPPLIED TAPES WILL BE REFORMATTED AT NO CHARGE. THE PREFERRED FORMAT IS "TAJIMA".
